I signed up for this service and set up a training call. No one called and I was notified that they decided to do a webinar the following week. I let them know I was not happy about that as I had rearranged my schedule to learn about this new service. I have not heard back from anyone since. If this is a sign of the customer service and support I am not impressed. With so many other virtual pbx solutions I think I will be shopping around for other options.

I signed up for the free trial and used it for the full month with no issues. I was completely satisfied and continue to use the service. The customer service / support was good and they were able to answer my questions. The price is pretty good as well and the features are quite good and easy to use.

I purchased the services of MyFax two months ago and am ready now to give my two cents. I found it to be a great service to add to my business. I did some research before trying most companies and I can’t tell you how much less money MyFax is. Don’t think that this means that the service is cheap because it is not.

I work as an insurance broker with a small company – I decided to give this a shot and can honestly say that I have no complaints. It is great and makes our lives much easier. I don’t have to keep looking at my phone to see if I have messages. The free trial is really worth checking out – no fees charged to you if you cancel before the 30 days ends. I ended up keeping the service and it is a reasonable monthly expense.

Signed up for a free trial, which asked for my credit card and said it would be charged after the 30 day trial if I don’t cancel.
They immediately billed the credit card $30 anyway.
I called to cancel, and they said they would refund $10 of the $30, even though it was a “free” trial.
I never even signed into their portal or used their service, since I didn’t want to deal with a company who immediately scammed me by charging my card $30.

I am about half way through the free trial and all is good so far. I see some complaints about charges to credit cards for free trials but I don’t seem to have this issue. You need to make sure to cancel on the site itself if you are planning on not continuing the service past the 30 days and you should do it at least 5 days before that just to make sure. The service is excellent and the price is very decent. No complaints yet.

If you don’t use this at work yet, you absolutely need to try it out. We tried it out with the free trial a few months ago and we decided to purchase a full year. Everything has been great so far and the best thing is how easy it is to use.

Second time around using this service and I am more impressed the second time around. The support and packages are better even though the prices went up. I still think it is well worth the money.
