This concept is fantastic … I was always curious and ended up trying it out about six months ago. I have a 6 person employee base and now everyone has their own extension, we have an automated attendant that routes the calls and it is just great!

Talked to one of their “specialist” in their online chat. The person was useless in answering my questions. They ended up ending the session before even answering any of my questions.
