I’ve been a loyal FreedomVoice customer for over 6 years. Great customer service who knows their products inside and out. Especially like the ability to create custom functionalities. It’s helped me automate sales and support issues so my business continues to run smoothly all day.

Great service and it includes internet fax which is very convenient and let’s you have a two in one service. I have not yet had to use support so can’t really comment on that aspect.
