Ring Central
RingCentral Office – $25 Off First 3 Months any plan
Ring Central’s Virtual PBX service is the top service out there, hands down. Price, features support it’s all there, they’ve put a lot of time into building the web interface and it shows, it’s simple intuitive and extremely easy to use. They’ve got an easy to use online knowledge base and 24 hour technical support should you need that extra hand. Ring Central has four different plans to choose from that range in price from Pro at $8.49 monthly all the way up to Pro Unlimited at $31.29, you’re bound to find something that suits your needs. Billing is also done by the second, not my the minute!

Based on the above review, VirtualPBXReview.net gives Ring Central the following score.
I’ve been using them for a year now. The system is very cool with all the features. during the one year I have had a few issues with their system being overloaded and getting busy signals.
Lately I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service and it’s pretty bad. You are on hold and when you get someone they don’t have the answers. so if you need good customer service and support this isn’t the company. if you want alot of features at good prices then this is the company.
It has great features. It has competitive costs (sort of). And it’s easy to work once you figure it out. If it worked, it might be pretty cool. And if you could ever get any support, maybe it would work. I just wish either these guys were more stable, or a different virtual PBX had their features.
Fantastic on all aspects! Wouldn’t change a thing!
How much do you think it would cost for the following:
4 telephone lines, unlimited extensions, unlimited minutes, plus all the extras you receive (4 local number, 1800 number etc) – all for only $99.99 per month. I was paying almost triple this before I found Ring Central. Excellent!
No need to look for a better pbx service – this is it.
I am with a large company and hands down this is the best pbx phone service I have found. No issues, easy to use and extremely convenient. We tried the free 30days and we now purchased a month to month service. Only caution I have is to make sure to read each type of service they offer to make sure you get the best package that will suit your companies needs. You can always start off with the cheapest one with the free trial and see if that will be sufficient.
I run a small company with six employees and have found that ring central has been a great asset to my company. We all have our own extensions and all calls are routed through the automated receptionist. It is all great and was very simple to set up. The price is very reasonable as well.
This is fantastic!!
Wouldn’t switch for the world! I am very happy with the service I receive from Ring Central.
The number of extensions you receive is good but there is no conferencing option. Other than that, I like it a lot.
I am satisfied! It is simple to use and cost effective.
I am amazed on how well this works – great!
I like the service but I hate the usability.
I still cannot figure out most of the control panel – way too complicated.
Hi – I tried almost all systems out there.
Finally, I settled with PBX Plus. It works with my Skype, offers free speech recognition,
voicemail and voicemail transcription, unlimited extensions and sub-extensions and Fax etc.
For a limited time, they are also offering a free PBX in US and UK. (http://pbxplus.com)
Just purchased the service after using the free-trial. I really like this service and would recommend to other business owners – this also really saves me $$$
I am amazed to see that no one else seems to have the reliabilty problems we have had with ring central. Calls are sent to completely wrong companies, not routed at all or sometimes can be answered but neither party can hear each other.
Problems can usually be fixed by logging on and re-setting rules, but you have no idea how long it’s been broken for by that point. Customer service is an up hill battle, due in large to the language barriers.
You get what you pay for; ring central is cheap.
The sales staff are geat at selling their product, the problem is this company can not provide the service. It is a coin toss – you really have no idea of the lack of customer support until you have an issue – their support services are outsourced and it is a nightmare to get any help. When you reach out to the corporate office here in U.S. (which appears to be strictly sales) they pass you off – the sale is already made. Good Luck!
